Mr. Mohammed Bin Abdulmohsen Al-Assaf joined Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) in July 2025 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him an exceptional track record built over 28 years of experience and achievements in the fields of accounting, financial management, strategy, and governance. Prior to SAMI, Mr. Al-Assaf was Vice President of Financial Affairs at Saudi Telecom Company (stc), where he played a pivotal role in advancing the group’s financial performance. His career also spans eight years abroad, during which he held influential leadership roles at top-tier regional and international firms. He has contributed his insights as a board and committee member across diverse organisations in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Mohammed holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from King Saud University, and has also completed advanced management and finance programs from the University of Minnesota in the United States of America. He is a Certified Public Accountant from the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA), and an active member of several prestigious professional associations, most notably the American Management Association, the Association of Accountants and Financial Professionals in Business, Financial Executives International, and the GCC Board Directors Institute.
