Ayman Al-Tawil is the Chief Executive Officer of the Governance, Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management and Cybersecurity at SAMI. In this role, he is responsible for shaping corporate governance principles, establishing a robust compliance framework, and implementing policies that align with global best practices. His work ensures that SAMI operates in full adherence to regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and operational excellence. With a strategic focus on risk mitigation, Al-Tawil plays a pivotal role in strengthening the company's ability to anticipate potential risks, minimize their impact on operations and resources, and develop effective response strategies. He also leads the execution of SAMI’s cybersecurity strategy, safeguarding its digital assets and critical infrastructure while ensuring compliance with local regulations and aligning security operations with the company’s broader strategic objectives. Bringing over 20 years of experience, Al-Tawil has held leadership roles in governance and compliance at several publicly listed Saudi companies, including Bupa Arabia, Saudi Ground Services Company, and Abdul Latif Jameel Finance. He currently serves as a member of the Audit Committee at Tania Water Company and Audit Committee Chairman in Madfu Company. He previously held a Board Member position at SABB Takaful. Al-Tawil holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Al-Ahliyya Amman University.
